Lindsay is a healthcare policy expert whose background in government affairs and market access
gives her foresight into policy changes that will impact her clients. She directs ADVI’s policy
and access activities and provides strategic counsel on legislative, regulatory and market access
issues pertaining to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial markets, prescription drug coverage
and reimbursement, and provider reimbursement across sites of service. Owing to her expertise,
she has become a healthcare policy expert and trusted source for publications such
as CNBC, Bloomberg Law, Daily Caller, and Fierce Healthcare.
In her previous work with The McManus Group, Lindsay developed and negotiated legislative
solutions with stakeholders, congressional staff, and Members of Congress on behalf of clients
spanning the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries, physician societies,
and employee benefit administrators.
Lindsay earned a JD from the University of Houston Law Center, an MBA from the Bauer
College of Business, and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin. Lindsay is licensed to
practice law in Texas and Washington, DC.
