Dr. Lalezari is the appointed Chief Executive Officer of CytoDyn, and has over 34 years of industry experience, including nearly two decades of experience with leronlimab. Dr. Lalezari has served as Principal Investigator for Phase I, II, and III clinical trials evaluating multiple investigational therapies. His work has been widely published, and he is an internationally recognized speaker and patient advocate. Dr. Lalezari received his MD from the University of Pennsylvania, MA from the University of Virginia, and BA from the University of Rochester.
