Insights into Polycystic Kidney Disease: The Potential of Clinicogenomic Data

Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is one of the most common inherited causes of kidney failure, yet considerable variability exists in its genetic causes, clinical presentation, and disease progression. In this webinar, we’ll explore how RenasightIQ™ combines broad-panel genetic testing with longitudinal real-world clinical data to provide a more complete picture of PKD. Using PKD1 and PKD2 as a starting point, we’ll examine how longitudinal real-world clinical data can characterize disease progression and genotype-associated outcomes. We’ll then look beyond PKD1 and PKD2 to explore how large-scale clinicogenomic data may help identify additional genetic contributors to cystic kidney disease and expand our understanding of the genetic and phenotypic spectrum of PKD.

Natera entered the organ health space in 2019, and since then, she has focused on renal genetics, managing clinical and scientific content that supports novel discoveries and pharma partnerships. Dinah graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in Biology and Psychology and received a Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling from Arcadia University.
