Glen Godresse is the Chief Executive Officer of Menarini Asia-Pacific, overseeing the company's operations across 13 key markets in the region as well as emerging markets. With more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, he brings extensive expertise in commercial strategy, marketing and business growth across Asia-Pacific. As Chief Executive Officer, Glen is focused on strengthening Menarini's regional platform and building partnerships that enable healthcare innovations to reach patients across Asia-Pacific. Since joining Menarini in 2013, Glen has held multiple senior regional and market leadership roles, including Asia-Pacific Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager for Australia and New Zealand. In these roles, he has led commercial strategy spanning ethical and consumer healthcare brands, market access, business intelligence, and marketing and digital excellence. Prior to Menarini, Glen held roles with MSD across Australia, Thailand and Taiwan, and began his career with Alcon in Australia.

Simon Tucker is Chief Commercial Officer at ADVANZ PHARMA, where he leads the company's global commercial strategy and execution across its portfolio of biosimilars, specialty, hospital and rare disease medicines. He oversees commercial operations across more than 14 affiliates in Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia, alongside an expanding network of partners across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. With more than 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, Simon has held international leadership roles spanning commercial operations, business development, strategic partnerships and market expansion. He began his career at Pfizer in the UK, followed by regional roles at Stiefel, a GSK company, before joining Amdipharm, later Concordia International. A long-standing member of the ADVANZ PHARMA Executive Leadership Team, he previously served as President, International & North America and Chief Commercial Officer International.

Andres Dobovsek is Vice President, International Partner Markets at ADVANZ PHARMA, where he leads the company's partner markets business across Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Central and Eastern Europe. He oversees commercial operations and strategic partnerships across these regions, with a focus on expanding access to specialty, hospital and rare disease medicines, strengthening commercial relationships and supporting international growth. With more than 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, Andres brings extensive expertise in international commercial operations, business development and partner-led market expansion. He began his career in pharmaceutical marketing at Gramon in Argentina before relocating to the UK and joining Amdipharm, now part of ADVANZ PHARMA, in 2008. Since then, he has held progressively senior international commercial roles, building long-term partnerships and identifying growth opportunities across diverse markets.

Girisan Kariangal is Regional Vice President of Business Development and Alliance Management at Menarini Asia-Pacific, with more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He leads the identification and development of strategic growth opportunities across the region, drawing on deep market knowledge to build partnerships and respond to evolving commercial opportunities. Throughout his career at Menarini, Girisan has held leadership positions spanning business development, marketing and general management, including serving as General Manager of India. His experience combines regional partnership strategy with on-the-ground commercial leadership, including the successful launch of multiple dermatology and aesthetic products.

Klaus Abel is Vice President, Global Commercial Partnerships at Pharmacosmos, where he leads the expansion of the company's medicines through strategic partnerships worldwide. He brings more than 20 years of international pharmaceutical leadership experience spanning business development, global marketing, alliance governance, product launches, and geographic expansion. Previously, Klaus served as Chief Executive Officer of Noscomed Medical Supply, Managing Director of LEO Pharma Nordics, Managing Director of Lundbeck's businesses in Italy and Australia/New Zealand, and Vice President of Global Marketing at Lundbeck. Throughout his career, he has led organizational transformations, business turnarounds, cross-functional launch teams, and complex international collaborations across Europe, the United States, and Asia-Pacific.
