She co-founded Truveta, where she held roles including Chief Growth Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Earlier in her career, she spent more than 20 years at Microsoft.

Colleen Caleshu

Colleen Caleshu is a clinician-scientist leader and genetic counselor with more than 23 years of experience in genomic medicine and real-world data, including over a decade collaborating with rare disease biopharma organizations. As Senior Director of Translational Research at GeneDx, she leverages GeneDx Infinity, the world’s largest clinically interpreted genomic dataset, to lead research and real-world evidence strategies that support biopharma partners across evidence generation, study design, and clinical trial-enabling patient cohort development. She is currently completing a PhD in clinical trial methodology at Leiden University. Her research, along with 47 peer-reviewed publications and more than 60 conference presentations, spans clinical trials, natural history studies, variant interpretation, and LLM-based real-world data methodology. She is an internationally recognized expert in cardiovascular genetics, having established and led genetics programs embedded in cardiology at Stanford and UCSF.

Rathi brings more than 15 years of experience advising healthcare organizations across commercial strategy, analytics, and market research. She spent nearly a decade at Blueprint Research Group, where she became the company’s first non-founding partner, and later served as its West Coast lead following Blueprint’s acquisition by Trinity Life Sciences. She also serves as a Founding Limited Partner in Neythri Futures Fund, a VC fund founded by South Asian women investing in companies led by diverse teams. Rathi holds a PhD in Genetics from Columbia University, and she is passionate about democratizing access to real-world data and helping healthcare and life sciences organizations integrate AI into their analytics workflows.
